Every shop listed here has been visited in person — the photographs are ours, the opening hours were checked on site, and what we describe on the shelves is what we saw on them. The list is deliberately short: a shop earns a page when it carries what convenience stores and vending machines don't, which in practice means loose tobacco, cigars, pipes and imports under one roof.
